These rolls take about 2-4 hours to make, raise twice and bake (depending on how many batches you are making at one time). They are beautiful reheated and freeze well.

The thing is, I write a lot of different genres, and my favorite of them all is history. Historical fiction is my second love after historical non-fiction. I’m also fascinated with the steampunk movement and have a few steampunk projects in the works. So stay tuned!
