I love all things vintage. I can’t help it. I was raised around my grandmother’s antiques and to this day I love looking at pictures of them and seeing them when I manage to make it to my parents’ house ever few years.
So I’ve included some of my favorite vintage free use images I’ve found around the web. You can make great gifts with these! Gift tags, cards, decoupage — the ideas are endless!
Which ones are your favorite?
I’m partial to the green Santas, the bunnies and the pugs ringing the bells. Birds, too. Anything with birds I’m all in it. Oh, and the foxes sledding. What a hoot.
But I have to be honest. I think the snowmen are a little creepy. What say you? (Tweet this.)
(Sorry for having to scroll so far down but I don’t yet know how to insert pics side by side into WordPress. Tom Threadgill hasn’t tutored me in that yet.)

We have primitive Christmas trees and a couple of years ago I bought some vintage Christmas cards off eBay. Most of them were used which made them even cooler. My wife used them to decorate our trees. Very nice!

Nice, Tom! I love primitive decor. I have a “primitive” kitchen. Er, perhaps that’s not really a design choice though…
I love vintage cards and things like that, too. It reminds me of my grandfather and my great-grandmother.
Normally I love snowmen, but that first one IS creepy. shiver. Thankfully, the second one looks a little like the old Frosty to me. Now I’m going to have to be watching for creepy snowmen. LoL

Vintage reminds me of my grandparents, too! My grandmother had furniture 100s of years old brought over from Germany and traveled by Covered Wagon. I miss being around all that heritage!
How cool that you found all these free images! I like the girl in red throwing the enormous snowballs. And the little girl with wings and a lute. What a fun post!

Thank YOU for stopping by, Jodie!
I love the vintage images too, Karla. There’s just something cozy and
sentimental about them. I like the different versions of Santa. Lilybits
says she likes the one with the cat. 😉
